Government Stock Bidding Process Reengineering Based On BPR

Government stock is one of the important contents in government function and the government stock bidding is the major form in stock. With the continuous development of government infomationization, old government stock bidding process appears shortcomings. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is one of the focuses in management research. BPR originates and develop from business management, and it is closely related to the Reform on government stock bidding process.The method frame of BPR and BPR techniques for government bidding process reengineering is proposed based on the epistemology and methodology of BPR and the characteristics of the government bidding. The spiral propulsion structure of method frame of BPR for government stock bidding is described. Secondly, the bidding flow chart optimization is proposed based on interpretive structure model. Thirdly, the stock bidding information system planning is stated. Fourthly, the integer linear planning of stock bidding center personnel structure is calculated. Finally, the demonstrative research of BPR for the Hefei'government stock bidding is concretely given.
