Analysis Of Environmental Economic Performance In Mechatronics Product Manufacturing Industry

The crucial problem of environmental issue, which is also an economical issue, is how to deal with the relation between the environment and economy. The industrial enterprise is the main factor in causing the environmental state to worsen. So, sustainable industry is the pillar of sustainable development. Based on the latest research on environmental economic performance, this paper studies environmental economic performance, quantization methods of pollutants in .mechatronics product manufacturing industry, environmental economic performance analysis of corporation interior and exterior and so on.In terms of economics, the environmental issue and the resource value character are set forth. The relation between the environmental issue and the corporation produce cost is analyzed.The paper analyzes the main constituent and the major source of waste water, exhaust gas and solid waste from mechatronics product manufacturing industry. The common quantization methods of evaluating environmental pollutants are analyzed. The corporation input output table is established based on the green input output method. The relation between the direct consumption coefficient and the total consumption coefficient is analyzed. According to the equation model of input output of product manufacture and pollution treatment, the emission of pollutant is calculated.External economies is overflow of cost or benefit. Based on the theory of interior and external economies, the economics impact of environmental issues is divided into interior and external to be considered. The common evaluation methods of the environmental impact and the applicative scopes are given. The expense of pollution treatment is analyzed. The fuzzy optimal model of environment and economy is established based on the multiple criteria decision.At last, the paper analyzes environmental economic performance of corporation for mechatronics product manufacturing industry by an example, which presents scientific theory and the practical direction of environmental impact reduction.
