Rational Discussion On The Basis Of Self-organization On The Innovative Of Industral Cluster

With a brief survey of domestic and international theory about the innovation of industrial cluster, this article summarizes the development orbit of the innovation of industrial cluster which turns from the linear, static mode to the non-linear, dynamic mode. On the basis of the self-organizational theory, the article has pointed out the important influence of self-organizational studies on the innovation of industrial cluster and put forward the innovative view of industrial cluster on the basis of self-organization. The text believes that industrial cluster, as a complicated and exquisite productive resource assembly, is a result of self-organization. Its course of survival and development is the innovation course of their resource mode in long-term competition and coordination, and innovation is the peculiar behavior of the complicated self-organization in essence. The essence of announcing industry's cluster innovation is a view of self-organization. Meanwhile, this article sums up the self-organizational principle and probes into the mechanism of industrial cluster innovative system which realizes its development from the angle of self-organization. It also studies competition, coordination and its outside environment, and expounds the industry cluster innovative mechanism in details on the basis of self-organization. Then it puts forward the innovative mode of self-organization's industrial cluster which consists of the self-stabilized course, the self-created course, and the self-conducted course, the three of which develops to realize the self-development, self-renewal and self-creating of industry cluster. The article emphasizes that we should not only focus on the competition and cooperation relationship between the new subjects while structuring the innovative system of industrial cluster, but also on the environment in which the innovative system of industrial cluster grows healthily, to combine the internal and external courses. Finally, according to dialectical materialism principle, the article proposes several thoughts to industry cluster innovation on the basis of self-organization.
