Study Of The Present Status In Domestic Electrostatic Flocking Industry And Exploration Of Its Developing Strategy

Electrostatic flocking industry is a new industry in China. Through the development of about thirty years it has become a scale industry possessing big assembly lines including making flock, electrostatic flocking as well as finishing starting from family hand operations, moreover, the number of flocking enterprises has been expanded from several to more than three hundred.Looking back the history of domestic electrostatic flocking industry, there are three rising stages and it arrived at the most illustrious epoch in 1998. Because of the low invest obstacle and the high profit many new enterprises are coming forth, which causes the furious competition between flocking companies, as well as the disordered marketing operation. After 2000 the economic results of the industry began to decline and it was in adjusting period, many factories faced stopping manufacturing and even going bankrupt. Enterprises' managers were changing their developing strategy and would look for new methods of development.What is the trend of this industry, how do enterprises study and develop new products, how to participate in the competition in the international market and what strategies enterprises should take? So many questions have been paid attention to by the managers.. Be based on this environment, the dissertation is intended to study the present status of the electrostatic flocking industry and the questions faced by this industry, and primarily discuss the development strategies. The intention is to letexperts and related persons in this industry know very well about the domestic flocking conditions, and can provide some beneficial reference for enterprises, government and flocking committee to set the targets of company's development and make the policies supporting the industry to grow up.The first chapter introduces the research environment of the dissertation and indicates the study methods and approaches.The second chapter is to describe the developing history of electrostatic flocking industry. Firstly, the definition of electrostatic flocking industry is given out. Secondly, the status of international electrostatic flocking industry is simplyintroduced. Finally, the developing history from three aspects-setting up period,increasing period and adjusting period is dissertated.The third chapter is to analyze the domestic status of this industry by some scientific methods, including the attraction of the industry, the competition focus of the industry as well as the economic results of the flocking industry. Besides, the trend of this industry and the cluster characteristic are also pointed out.In the forth chapter three typical flocking enterprises are elected to be used for studying the present status of the domestic flocking companies, the advantage and disadvantage of companies are analyzed and the problems which haven't been solved are indicated.The cases of other countries successfully supporting small and medium-sizedenterprises to develop are introduced and studied in the fifth chapter. It is very important for us to learn from and use their successful experiences for reference.As for the sixth chapter, based on the forth analysis and related theories including cluster theories and small and medium-sized enterprises development theories, the developing strategies suitable for the domestic flocking enterprises are put forward. Finally, the results of this dissertation are given out, and the significance of this study and the further advice are also mentioned in the final chapter.
