Investigation And Analysis On Choosing Job Mindset Of Undergraduates Of P.E College In Jinlin Province

The problem of choosing job for the university student is the topic that the society pays attention to , especially in the background of the current market economy,the reform open,the high school expanding to recruit continuously ,taking up employment system reform, graduate student year by year increasing, studying and analysing the mindset of choosing job for university students has the outstanding urgency and importance. Keeping the good mindset has the very important function for choosing job all activity ,in addition to being advantageous to supporting the mind of the university student and body health .The employment situation of 2005's graduates of PE major in Jilin Provincial colleges is investgated and evaluated by means of documents,questionnaire ,non-structured interview and statistics ,etc. The result shows: First, with the analysis of R factor ,making sure mindset factor of choosing job for graduate student in the PE department of the Jilin province .They are economic mindset, work environment mindset, the stability mindset, the development mindset, family mindset, personal interest mindset and region mindset. Second , during the course of choosing job of graduate student in Jilin province of PE department, monthly average reputation of the gross earnings, and school of its foreign language level, calculator level will produce the influence with the economic mindset of choosing job. Third ,the average monthly gross earnings of family and department are the most important factor of graduate student in Jilin province of PE department's work environment mindset. Forth ,the average monthly gross earnings of the family and location of families is an important factor that affects graduate students in Jilin province of PE department's mindset of labor ensurance stabilizes . Fifth, the sex difference and department affect graduate student in Jilin province of PE department's family mindset in choosing job. Sixth ,the factor that affects personal interest mindset is an average monthly gross earnings of families and parental cultural degree. Seventh,foreign language, calculator level, sex is the main influence factor for graduate students in Jilin province of PE department in choosing job. Eighth ,economic condition is the initial influence factor for graduate students in Jilin province of PE department in choosing job. Ninth,political features have no obvious affection on job choosing mindset. Tenth,monthly gross earnings of the family is the most important factors of all that affect the mindset of the graduate.
