Optimization Analysis For Supply Chain Based On Reliability

With the development of world economy integration and the increase of the uncertainty of demand, especially the contingency events such as "9.11" make the safety of supply chain a warm issue in field of supply chain research. Reliability has now become an important performance measure for evaluation supply chain safety, especially when considering changes in supply chain operation conditions. So the research of supply chain reliability has great academic and practical significance.Based on the analysis of supply chain structure and function, the supply chain reliability and the supply chain reliability optimization model are studied in this paper. Finally the reliability on the effect of contingency events is discussed. Main content of this paper includes:In chapter 1, the definition and character of supply chain is firstly proposed, and supply chain reliability and research background are introduced. In the following, the supply chain reliability research background is reviewed. Finally comes the summary of the brief description of the research in this dissertation.Attentions are focused on the supply chain reliability analysis in chapter 2. Firstly chain structure and network structure supply chain models are introduced. Based on the structure analysis, the research of supply chain reliability is discussed. In the end the reliability formula is presented.In chapter 3, supply chain reliability optimization model and unit investment importance degree are introduced based on the supply chain reliability analysis, the numerical example is shown at the end of the chapter.Finally, in chapter 4, the contingency supply chain measure is introduced and the reliability analysis of contingency measure is developed, and supply chain reliability optimization model is studied on the effect of contingency events.The main points of this paper are summarized and the future work is suggested in the conclusion.
