| Mainly based on economic development history of TianZhen County in the text, the author have carried on the systematic analysis of these problems which have existed in the economic development of this county such as the unstability, the unsustainability, the imbalance and even low quality ,low benefit and otherwise, and think that the phenomenon are the causes and cruxes in influencing the backward level of economic development, which are the bad natural geographical environment , bad material capital strength , low workforce quality and so on. And then propose the pertinent measures in realizing the sustainable development of the regional economy in the county in TianZhen County, such key measures as paying attention to strengthening the construction of ecological environment, the economic restructuring, infrastructure construction, innovative system, etc. Meanwhile, regarding NanGaoYa town of this county as the case, the author have attempted to make a concrete analysis of the problems faced and advantages in the town economic development, and have proposed the strategic planning and implementation steps of sustainable development, which have been proved and have made the good effect. According sustainable development as the theoretical foundation, seeing through the skeleton of historical development and surveying the current situation of economic development, the author have explored a way and rule used for realizing sustainable development of the regional economy in the county referring to the poor mountainous areas like TianZhen County, and have brought forward the reference suggestions in order to realize the sustainable development strategy of the regional economy in the county. |
