Empirical Research On The Developmental Pattern Of Manor In Li Yang Outer City

Manor economy is one of new patterns of economic development. The development of manor in outer city meets the needs of local economy according to the developing rule of region economy, fulfilling the tide of economic development. There are important theoretic value and practical significance in studying manor economy in outer city.Outer city plays the role both as the protective circle of center city and as reserved territory of economic development. And as a special region which connecting and sustaining the city and countryside, it also sustains multifunction such as developing economy, creating jobs, collaborating human and nature harmoniously. The statue of its economic system directly affects the potential power of sustainable development of the city. For a long time, the role and function of outer city has not been scientifically and truly recognized. After the developmental history of Su Nan Model which is characterized as high investment, high production, high consumption and lower efficiency, urbanization of suburbs has been looked back, and Agriculture Economics, Economic Growth theory, Comparative Advantage theory, and knowledge of eco-scenery have been synthesized in the thesis, the manor is creatively divided into manufacturing manor that provides tangible products and traveling manor that provides intangible products based on the statue of natural resources, history and cultural characteristic and the actual situation of manor in Li Yang outer city. Even more, the manor in Li Yang outer city is quantitatively evaluated by the method of AHP, and strictmathematics procedure is used to certify the conclusion of developing manor economy in Li Yang outer city.The main achievement is that the aspects such as the model choice, basic pattern, sustaining system and developing line of manor in Li Yang outer city are thoroughly analyzed in the thesis. The study shows that the development of manufacturing manor and traveling manor based on the actual condition of outer city is not only beneficial to the better using and the better protecting of the local nature resources and the environment but also favorite to the refine of local industry structure. Most important of all, it plays a key role in coordinating and promoting the development of increasing total economy, creating jobs, increasing individual income and raising labor quality as a whole. Some reference values and beneficial lessons are provided to the zones which are similar to Li Yang city in some aspects.
