| The strong competition advantages revealed by industrial cluster regain its foci from worldwide scholars and even governments under the globalization tide of knowledge. Industrial cluster is an important organization form, which come into being and develop under a particular intrinsic mechanism. Because of the different historic backdrop, factor endowment and government interventions of diverse regions, it's proper to consider the sustainable development and stability of industrial cluster as it stands. Rather, to generalize this issue can only lead its development astray and even disorganized.Concerning the core issue of the stability of industrial cluster, this paper argues that the internal organizational structure is constantly inconstant, and innovation and competition within the cluster is crucial to its development, with the cognizance of its internal structure and distinction. The main factors which influence its stability discussed in Chapter 3 include lifecycle of, faith between and cultural fusion of its enterprises, natural resource endowment, technology innovation, government's influence. Besides we make some proposals to make these factors to benefit its development. Chapter 4 further analyses its stability combining the relevant theories of game, dissipation structure and lifecycle. Suggestions and proposals to promote its development and keep its stability are posed according to the three levels of country, cluster and enterprise.Combining the industrial cluster actuality of China, what are revealed include 1)since there are various factors influencing industrial cluster's stability, local governments should emphasize or create their advantages to maintain cluster's development stable abiding by the objective conditions, 2)cluster's evolution is dynamic, whose competition advantages are always changing. Government should set down proper target and policy to cultivate and upgrade its core competition force, which are very crucial to its stability and development. |
