Medicaments are always associated with people's health. Nowadays with the development of market-orientated economy, people's wide focus on health urges the hot marketing of medicaments. People's consumption consciousness is not limited the traditional "aspirin", but new patent medicines with the distinctive features of good effectiveness, little side-effect, strong adaptability, and good name, such as "white and black". These new patent medicines that are being sold abnormally hot are typically designated as intermediate chemicals. It is very valuable for discussing that how to understand the situation and developing trends of intermediate chemical enterprises, use "one to one" marketing model scientifically, grasp the application of marketing network, and promote the intermediate chemicals enterprises development as facing the ever-increasing development of market demands. This paper analyzes the situation of intermediate chemicals enterprises and forecasts the developing trends based on the practical information. And then it introduces the intermediate chemicals' marketing models in practice and its' advantages. At last the paper discusses the development trends of the intermediate chemical enterprises' marketing models.
