In recent years, logistics, especially the 3PL have become one of the mostpopular words in industry. Business logistics management is admired as anotherdriven power for good performance. In automobile industry which has the longestsupply chain, it's generally accepted that the advanced logistics management hasbecome the core competence in the business. The great development in automobile industrial in the last 3 years promoted thedeveloping of logistics service for automobile industrial. In this paper, we firstlydiscuss the close relation between the automobile and logistics business; Secondly,on the basis of value-chain theory, we want to prove that it's certainty for thedeveloping of automobile logistics services. In the third part, the paper focuses onthe micro circumstance for the 3PL's developing in local market, including theopportunity and the challenge. After the case studying on the two successful 3PLproviders, the paper makes the critical successful factor (CSF) model for the logisticsbusiness in China. Finally, applying this CSF model we get the entry strategy to theautomobile logistics for Jintai Group. |
