| The article firstly introduces the traditional theories of leadership trait, leadership behavior and leadership contingency, then introuduces the domestic and oversea research and practice of leadership selection and training.Based on this, the article studies the leadership behavior, selection and training in AVIC I's and its sub corporations, abstracts the features like AVIC I's top management mainly focus on self-training and are highly specialized. The article also introduces AVIC I's valuable experiences, such as deepening the innovation of leadership selection and appointment system, constructing reasonable leadership ladder structure, and improving leaders' career management. Considering that the modern leadership concepts and manners would always be applied into practice consciously or unconsciously, the article emphasizes the study of the application of some new theories like innovative leadership and value-based leadership in AVIC I's leadership construction.Finally, the article proposes some suggestions on solving the problems that lie in AVIC I's leadership behavior, selection and training, including constructing compounded and complementary leadership, experimenting on introducing excellent management personnel from external, diversifying the leadership training forms, enhancing the training on leader's ability of operation and financing, and summarize and generalize excellent practice of leadership construction. |
