The topic of this article is written about a study on the marketing strategy of Shenzhen Wuniu Dairying Co.Ltd in 2004.This article tries to solve problems as follows through the discussing on the marketing strategy of Wuniu Dairying Co.Ltd:1.Summarizing experiences and lessons on developing slow and failing marketing of Wuniu Dairying Co.Ltd for many years. It makes lessons on the developing of Wuniu Dairying Co.Ltd for the future; 2.Changing thoroughly the passive status of marketing of Wuniu at present, and making Wuniu to survive and develop in the intense competition;3.Finding a way to survive in crack and avoid being closed down for more than 1500 medium or small Dairying companies in our country.This article first introduces the history , actualities of Shenzhen Wuniu Dairying Co.Ltd. and Wuniu's status in Shenzhen's dairying industry, and establishes the marketing stopgap figure of Wuniu. Secondly, it makes a conclusion that the dairying industry is a rising-sun industry through a detailed marketing analysis about the dairy industry's competition .Afterward it analyses the current marketing situation about Wuniu Co. and the whole dairying industry in our country . At the same time it makes a SWOT analysis and a 5-force model analysis about Wuniu Co. On the base of the 2 points forenamed, it has made the medium-long-term marketing objects of Wuniu. Fanally, in it's the most important part , this article designs a series of marketing strategies for Wuniu Co. One of these marketing strategies is adopting the different strategy better than the routine strategy. Another is the 4P marketing strategy associating the 4C and 4R marketing strategy. It includes the product different strategy,the price different strategy,the place different strategy,the promotion different strategy.This article will help all the medium or small companies in our country like Wuniu to upgrade their marketing theories, and to adopt the more high grade means of marketing to build up a team of members on marketing step by step(including brand marketing,whole-staff marketing,total marketing,culture marketing,experience marketing,emotion marketing,relation marketing, network marketing etc.). It also help the midium or small dairying companies to reform marketing system and make them walk up to modern and open from traditional and close.
