Strategic purchasing management is becoming an important method against market risk and it conduces to acquiring continuous competitive predominance by distinguishing purchasing resources in macro-scope and founding the best supplier system and strategic partnership. Many scholars have studied strategic purchasing widely, but most of those studies localize theories and give very limited reference as to using them to guide corporation practice.This thesis mainly studies strategic purchasing in corporation management's view. On the base of analyzing strategic purchasing idea and practical operation, the first part of this thesis puts forward materiel purchasing management segmentation by discussing the change of corporation working circumstances and brings forward the purchasing management method which is based on material sourcing segmentation after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional purchasing management segmentation. Moreover, aiming at the weak points about strategy, flow and supplier management in domestic manufacturing materiel purchasing management, the thesis puts forward a purchasing management system based on materiel sourcing segmentation to guide solving many problems which exist in traditional purchasing management.In the second part of the thesis, the author designs HuaJing Materiel Purchasing Management System, which is based on materiel sourcing segmentation discussed in the first part. It may firmly prove the practicability and the maneuverability of the purchasing management system that this thesis puts forward. |
