Chinese capital market (CCM) appeared with the adoption of reform and opening-up policy and the development of the national market economy. CCM started in 1990 when the Shenzhen and Shanghai Stock Exchange went into being. After 1992, in the year the socialist market economy system was established, it has entered into a new era. In the following ten years, CCM developed quickly and achieved great success, with the scale expanding day by day and the operation conforming to standard. This took other countries a few decades to achieve. As a fresh system, CCM also met obstacles. Since July, 2001, the market is being stagnant, which made people to think what the development course of Chinese capital market is.The financial histories, the economics of money, banking and financial markets and the international economics are the guiding of this paper.
