After analysing this in detail, this thesis sets out from the lose of journalist to analyse another situation which influences news intermediary's rights seriously.In the following parts, this thesis seperately studies how to take measures in protection in advance by news intermediary and how to take measures to make it up after their own interest is infringed, then summerizes the main legal principals,laws and regulations which news intermediary should abide by and sums up prevention of news infringement and way of disposal as well.In the last part, this thesis aims at the study of the formation of systematic self-protection system in news intermediary. After summerizing the main legal principals,laws and regulations which news intermediary should abide by, this essay sums up the provention and the way of disposal. In view of the situation in which journalist's interest is infringed, this thesis analyses and probes into the fundation of protection system for journalist, the importance and feasibility to form legal department in news agency as well, and I combine some successful cases of news intermediary as proof.
