On Effectiveness Of Real Estate Register System In China And Its Amendament

Real estate, as one of the most important societal fortune, has much meaning in politics, economics and law. At the same time, real estate register system is an important security system, which can ensure to realize the behalf of estate. In China, real estate register system is built step by step on the need of administrative of real estate. So, it does not have an integer consider. it need much study on how to consummate it in theory, organization and system.In this paper, I firstly expatiate the corretative conception, theoretic base and system mode of real estate register. And then I reveal problem of the real estate register system and its effectiveness conformation in China. I emphasize that the materialism registation principle, which means the estabilishment, assignment, changing and annulment of the real estate will not be valid until the conduct is legally registered should be enacted. And the unified registration office should be set up with indemnity liability of its wrongful register. The unified real estate registration book should be placed publicly.
