The distinguish feature in our constitutional society is the value of personal right and the restriction of public authority Since the lawyer character is individual and popular, it makes it possible to get in touch with each body in our social life and on behalf of personal rights ;Meanwhile, the autonomic lawyer is out of the range of countrypublic authority, it supervises the country judicial powers and administration ;Seeking profits is a facet of lawyer ,but the essential facet of this work is the pursue of legal faith and the emphasize of moral principles. Since the lawyers have deep accumulation about social experience and folk sufferings and full of the comprehension of legal realization, it makes it naturally become the basic sustain and source of this legal community.In China, although lawyer has taken shape for a short time, it takes more and more important part in our country and society. On the other hand, comparing with other occupations in this legal community, the lawyers' political status is despised; its independence is restrained and its commercial tendency becomes more and more seriously, In our society, the role of the lawyer hasn't correct definition as other social moral principles. In this legal community, it is quite urgent to compose and emphasize the lawyer's status, value and its function in China.
