With the developing of market economy, how to catch and understand the consumer is the key of enterprises. Marketing research is the true answer, it act the bridge of information transfering about supply and demand. Enterprises grasp many important information facing market through it. The thesis consist of the knowledge of tourism and marketing research, and build the model of marketing research of tourist destination on the studying of tourist area cycle of evolution. The thesis analyses different model of marketing research of tourist destination in different life cycle of evolution. The aim of analysis is changing biological process of tourist area life cycle and realizing sustainable development of Tourist Destination.The thesis includes three parts. First, the author define factor of estimating stage of tourist area life cycle and determine which stage Tourist Destination belong to. Second, in the course of studying of marketing research, the author conclude a few important elements of project of marketing research that become supported elements of model of marketing research. Third, united with character of different stage of tourist area cycle, The content of marketing research is defined. The author explains that the composed of elements apply with theory of the least cost and most gain, by the model of marketing research the problems of tourist destination in different stage of tourist area cycle are solved effectively. Model of marketing research is the core of this thesis, the former two parts is the theoretical foundation. In the end the thesis gives two cases. In case using the model ofmarketing research, we can tackle problems which appear in the course of developing of Tourist Destination.Different kind of tourist destination have basic identical feature in stage of tourist area life cycle. Model of marketing research of tourist destination is applicable with different kind of tourist destination, so model have universal sense. |
