| It is a key problem for hydroelectricity corporations to optimize generation schedule with all kinds of constraint conditions in the power generating market, so that they can maximize their profit with the time-varying electricity price policy. The schedule of hydropower is much more difficult than thermal power because of its characteristics such as the uncertainty of natural flow, the regulation capacity of reservoir and operating characteristics of hydroelectric generation set. It is of great practical importance to study optimized schedule of futures power and day-ahead power for hydroelectricity corporations.The model of futures power optimized schedule aims to maximize the annual benefit of hydroelectricity corporations. In this model, it takes account of not only the runoff but also the different electricity price in different season. In this paper, the dynamic programming method is applied to solve this model. When it is used to a hydroelectric plant, result of simulating operation is good.The model of day-ahead power optimized schedule aims to maximize the daily benefit of hydroelectricity corporations. It optimizes the 96 points power schedule of the following day on the base of the SMP and runoff forecast. The reservoir level, output constrains and daily quantities of electricity have been taken into account in this model. The dynamic programming method is adopted to solve this model if it is under the control of reservoir level and a method by sorting the SMP is provided if it is under the control of daily quantities of electricity. The result of simulating operation indicates that the model and its methods are appropriate.The overall design, software functions and program development of the decision system for a hydroelectricity corporation are introduced in this paper at last. |
