In recent years, Guangdong's foreign trade has developed by leaps and bounds and achieved greatly. Its national economy has been incorporated into the world. Also its structure has been optimized. Industrial products play important role in the export and its commodity go to more than 180 countries. Guangdong's foreign trade plays important role in China and the world. But there are some questions that must be paid attentions to. Most of exported goods in Guangdong are labor-intense and nature-resource-intense. It leads to bad terms of trade and intense competition. For Guangdong it is difficulty to benefit from trade. Second we know in Guangdong foreign trade there are many factories to manufacture goods for exporting, this kind of trade they can only get low profit. We also can get conclusion is that the comparative goods in Guangdong is labor-intense and resource-intense goods. It is not high level goods. So Guangdong must change its structure. In this papers I first analysis current situation in Guangdong to get conclusion and find problem in its structure. Then Guangdong government must take measure to strengthen the advantage and change disadvantage. So that Guangdong can make greater progress in foreign trade and improve its economics...
