China is on the era of elementary socialism, her basic economy system is going to mature and perfect in the course of reformation, the forming of the ethic of socialist economy system is going with. But the research on the ethic of the contemporary Chinese socialism economy system is just start. The ethic of socialist market economy, which adapt to the market economy, has not be founded.
