In the past several hundred years, the international trade in the world has developed quickly. At the same time, more and more countries tend to adopt anti-dumping to protect their domestic industries, because the tariff and non-tariff walls have been decreased. In 1968, the European Community declared the anti-dumping law for the first time which was applicable to all the members. In 1979, the European Community instituted the first lawsuit of anti-dumping against China. After that, the anti-dumping has changed to be a tough problem, which has a bad effect on the development of the relationship of China and the EU. Therefore, it is meaningful to do the research of the EU' s anti-dumping against China. From the aspect of the EU' s anti-dumping law, there are two major problems: the anti-circumvention and the status of the market economy, which is the key issue to change the unfavourable situation of China in the anti-dumping lawsuits. When it comes to the bad situation nowadays, two related parties should be responsible. For example, for China, many export enterprises adopt no-effective measures to circumvent the anti-dumping, which incur more anti-circumvention lawsuits. Another example, the practice of the third country has brought about many negative results, which should be contemplated by the EU.After the detailed analysis of two classical examples, the paper ends in its conclusion, which is developed from three layers: the government, the industry association and the enterprise. As for the government, it should continue to publicise our economic progress globally and does its effort to have more conversation with the EU. When it comes to industry associations, they should try their best to improve the cooperation of the three parties and change the present chaotic situation of export as soon as possible. For enterprises, they must enhance the quality of their export products and learn more about how to encounter the anti-dumping lawsuits. There are many things for the three parties to do.
