Entrust finance is an innovation of finance and a representation of developing of marketing economic and capital market. The foreign entrust finance is normal under relatively perfect law environment, but more and more problems have been emerged because Chinese law environment for entrust finance of list company is not perfect. It has affected the list company, stock corporate, investment management and others. Chinese supervisors have made many files to normalize the entrust finance, yet there is distance between the theories and acts.
