With Internet's development, society had entered into the Information Time step by step. The problem which is about the information security, had turned more pervasive and more pervasive, so it had got a lot of attentions from all circles. The paper based on the operation management flat that belongs to the service of business, which provide for the register of domain name. The problems had discussed and solved in this paper, which is the security of visitation control to the different operation modules in the flat and the information security transmission with CNNIC. I utilized the module of the right management to solve the first problem. When I want to solve the problem of information security transmission with CNNIC, I researched the protocol of SSL and JAVA Safe Class, chose Linux system that has higher stability and the framework of J2EE that has better security to develop, and realized the system's safety.
