On The Torts For Invasion Of Network Privacy

With the popularization of the computer and fast development of the network, people are getting more and more in the daily time surfing the Net when work and study. The network has brought various negative questions while bringing the great facility to people. Among them the question of right of privacy of the network seems to receive much concern in recent years. This thesis analyzed the concept and nature of the right of privacy and the right of privacy on network; discussed the subjects , behaviors , constitutive elements , liabilities and the justifications of torts for invasion of network privacy. Also the thesis briefly introduced the domestic and foreign countries' legislative situations on protection of network privacy, and made a simple comment on the relevant legislative situations of China.
