Abstract/Summary:
In order to avoid of price wars, this paper discusses the nature of the prices war, and identifies which industry characters are the key attributes of price wars.First, based on the research of overseas and domestic researchers, this paper concludes that product ability, the age of industry, commodity-like, market concentration, scope domino offect, ect. have strong relations with price competition.Second, as the china home electricity-appliances the demonstration, using contrast-analysis method and game theory, research every seed industry in china home electricity-appliances from the nine aspects mentioned above. Finding out that only four characters of the industry have the strong relationships with the price competition in their industry. And the other five of effect on the industry are the all mostly same in different industry of china home electricity-appliances. Thus the model of china home electricity-appliances can only use those four characters expressed. Those are market concentration, profit margin of industry, demand -price elasticity and the speed of technique renovate.Finally, using method of computation- economy deal with the data collected from the TV industry and air condition industry, to confirm the coefficient of every independent variable and constant. Last , this paper gain the model of china home electricity-appliances.It is show a new method of research the nature of price wars, by building the model china home electricity-appliances.
