With thedevelopment of power market and the depth of electricity of reform, retailelectricity prices are evolving and adjusting. There are six chapters in this paper. The history and actuality of the classand manufacture of prices are summarized, and the trends of reform, class andmanufacture are forecasted. The emphasis of this paper is analyzing the actualityand future of time-of-use power price. The new trends of TOU price in someprovinces are analyzed in this paper. Regression analysis method is used in thisarticle to find the reason which result in the payoff or loss. In order to adjust TOUprice, evade the income risk of supplying power companies and obtain the companyand customs' profits at the same time, regression analysis method should be used tocalculate the key companies in adjusting TOU price.
