In this paper, the author integrates "reversible mode of heating" with theory of UnitConsumption proposed by prof.Zhi-ping Song. Based on these theories, this paper dealswith a comprehensive analysis about the 200MW cogeneration heating system andquantitatively evaluates irreversible energy loss of these subsystems on the performanceof the global system .From the point of view of total energy system, this paper analyzeseach subsystems systemically .It is found that there is a big potential for energyconservation in heat generation subsystem and the mode of drain recovery. Combinedwith local running conditions, the author points out the technically reconstructive blueprint and running project. Through computing the investment and benefit, it's feasible toadopt the scheme.
