Rapid development in technology makes human society great change in 20th century, human life becomes rich in substance and diversification, at the same time it also makes the service and products homogeneous. At other hand, accumulating rapidly in consumer's buying knowledge, consumer asks supplier more and higher when they face lots of resembling produces and service. Many corporation are trapped in pricecompetition-the lowest competition for this reason. Value-added selling is thecommerce study which is consumer oriented and can bring special benefit for consumer. It is the useful weapon to get advantage in new circumstance.Firstly, thesis begins with the course of value-added selling, discusses the process of value-added selling and inevitability on history. Based on the past research, the thesis defined the concept of value-added selling and compared the difference between it and traditional one. Secondly, thesis draws and analyzes the mistake exists in traditional sell, factor affects sell and participants involve in it. From the analysis, the main contents of appraisement are service quality, degree of customer satisfaction and the need of customer, the process of performance should involved three phases which are preparative of value, realization of value and advance in value.At last, the article takes the Huagong Machinery Co., Ltd as the studied object. Basing on the analysis of the inner environment by using the marketing theory, the author designs the value-added selling policies for the corporation from the angle of the enterprise and consumers separately and studys the quantitative and qualitative contentsinvolved it. At one time, in order to keep the performances smoothly, author design the model to put the need of customer in order, measure degree of customer satisfaction and service quality.
