| The topic of this paper is the administrative development of development of Yue Gaoke. Development mangers are the key strength of an enterprise. If there are no department managers, it will be difficult to guarantee such decisions of strategic importance which are made by advanced administrators can be put into practice and executed forcefully and correctly. So if an organization wants to succeed and develop continuously, it must have a team of department managers that is highly-qualified, very flexible and much accustomed. It makes that it is very important and vital for us to develop department managers, so it is necessary for us to develop it. But in the realistic practice of enterprise management, a lot of enterprises don't place much weight on the development of department managers, so it is very significant to research the administrative development.On the base of results made by predecessors, this paper analyzes the demands of development of abilities and probes the abilities which are needed by department managers from three aspects: organizational level, tasks level and personal level. And we think that twelve kinds of abilities are needed to be developed. On this base we carried out a questionnaire and substantiated the abilities of department managers of Yue Gaoke. And the result shows that Yue Gaoke is in badly need of developing such following abilities: executive ability, resilience and ability to communicative and coordinate with others. There are two important problems solved in this article: first, which kinds of competency are needed to develop for department managers; second, how to carry out competency development effectively at organization, task and individual, these three different levels. |
