The Research Of Development Strategy Of Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical General Factory

Based on the specific conditions of Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical General Factory (hereinafter referred to as "Factory"), as well as on the analysis of the Factory's internal and external circumstances, this thesis has summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the Factory and analyzed both the chances and threats the Factory is facing. On this ground, development target has been put forward and a whole development strategy has been formulated in this thesis. According to the principle of "basing on national conditions and strengthening the research and development of new medicines", which was set by the "Tenth Five Year Plan" for the national medicine science industry, this thesis has further defined the following as the Factory's strategic target-"Sciences and techlogies to be leading,antibiotics as enterprise scale,chinese patent medicine as speeialty, and Set up oral antibiotics as the No.1 Brand in China". In addition, strategic importance as "Speeding up internal structure adjustment and product mix optimizing", and cost concentration strategy to form professional brand visualization have also been clearly stated and drawn up in this thesis. A whole development strategic framework for the Factory has thus been formed.This thesis combines theory and practice applying strategic management theory to the strategic research practice of the Factory, which is of great guiding significance to the product mix adjustment, technology transformation, internal reform, business administration and long-term stable development in the future for Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical General Factory.
