Discussion And Analysis On Community Health Service Chain

Community Health Service (CHS) organization is of vital in developing primary health care, and is the important role in the two-level new health service system in China during the health innovation process. CHS chain, a new CHS system structure, appeared in some areas such as Weifang city in Shandong Province, Yushan town in Jiangsu Province and Xiaoshan section in Zhejing Province. It has been proved an effective way to operate the CHS, through lowering the reformation risk, better working in building first-care and transfer system, and improving competition ability in cost and service in scale economic. It is of significance to spread the new CHS system structure pattern.There are two parts in the paper. In the first part, CHS supply and demand characters are discussed from different angles. Then the discussion turns to summarize the characters of CHS chain. After analyzing the area conditions which needs to develop the CHS chain, this paper makes a simple formulation about the CHS chain economical scale. In the second part, this paper analyzes the cause of formation of multi-organizer, then introduces the three structure patterns, and compares the characters and the application conditions.The paper aims to provide theory guides for spreading the CHS chain. It is also a summarization of practices. From CHS supervisors to service-providing organization, from civilian capital to insurance company, various bodies could gain proper apocalypse in it. It could decrease the difficulty and risk of CHS reformation partly, help improve the service level of guard-keeper, and help the citizens get better health with lower cost.
