Study On The High-efficiently Use Of Urban Land--A Case Study Of Changsha

The urban land plays a very important role to the development of urban economy, the use benefit of the urban land concerns the rise and decline and development of the city directly. At present, there are some general problems for the use of our urban land resources, such as unreasonable structure of land-use, low use efficiency and so on. Contrapose that has a large population and a few land to our country, how to make great efforts to improve the use efficiency of the urban land resource, it is an extremely urgent task. This thesis takes Changsha as a case, carries on the research on the high-efficiently use situation of the urban land resource of our country and has certain exemplary roles to the study on use benefit of the urban land of our country.This thesis is divided into five parts.First part, introduced the research trends in domestic and international about high-efficiently use of urban land resource, expatiated the meaning of selected title, the innovation of the thesis and the purpose of studies.Second part, introduced the basic knowledge about the urban land such as the concept of the urban land, the functional subarea and structure mode of the urban land use, the intensivism use of urban land, the scale use of urban land etc, lay the foundation for the positive research of Changsha.The third part, based on the positive survey and study , expatiated the current situation of the use of urban land resource in Changsha from seven respects; set up the evaluation-index system about high-efficiently utilizes of urban land resource, and carried on cluster analysis on the use benefit situations of urban land resources of 35 municipalities directly under the Central Government, the provincial capital and the city under direct planning by the state in our country using the Statistical Package for theSocial Science (SPSS), appraised the use benefit situation to the urban land in Changsha.The fourth part, pointed out four main problems existing in the utilization of urban land resources in Changsha, and analyzed the reason in terms of economics.The fifth part, contrapose the main problems existing in the utilization of urban land resources in Changsha, put forward the countermeasure and suggestion.
