As far as Digtital China, whose main business is distribution of IT products, is now facing the question of " hard to sell, but harder to gather". On one hand, in order to get orders from?customer the enterprise have to offer faverable price or condtion of an account sale. The profits are geting more and more narrow. On the other hand, clients don't keep promise and defult payment, enterprise have to pay much energy and resource to solve the payment. However, due to the faultiness of credit manage syestem, bad debt is hereby created.This makes the narrow profit gnawing badly. In the urgent need of improving credit sense and establishing social credit system, we can't wait the change of the environment. We should adapt such exterior environment; improve the ability of keeping risk away. This article will be based on the risk status of DigitalChina.From the split of organizational construction, establishing of risk controlling system, practising double chains and overall process control. We shall control risk from customer and enhance interior management, from developing customer, striving for orders, signing contract, deliverying on time, gathering at term and drawing back of understanding payment, to seek the key point from every chain and source of risk.pertinent and practicable control and keeping-away plan is estbalished to solve these problems.The main clue of this article is from beginning of sales to finishing. The social risk is divided into risk-before-signing, signing-risk and carring-out risk. With mothod of flow control, the trade risk is controlled from all process and from all aspects. And to the best of our abilities, risk control is being moved forward, because keeping-away is much better than remedying. Therefore the control of cost should be: At pre-prevention stage, we should emphasize on select of customers. At proceeding-stage, we should emphasize on scientific decision-making. At afterwards stage, we should emphasize on enhancing monitoring.In allusion to risk of control and management of account sale, this article brings forward total management. Three suggestions as below: (1) Change notion and improve sense of total risk control, put management of credit as important point, and gain support from top management. (2) Fetch in advanced technology of credit management. Cultivate management of account sales to related persons.(3) Sanity and establish credit management system. Set up a special department of credit management.
