Study On The Scope Of Accepting Cases In Administrative Procedural Law

Abstract: : The scope of accepting cases of administrative procedural law is the scope of a court accepting and hearing administrative disputes . Based on the principle of law ,the paper compared the scope of administrative litigation of the West, then analysis china's scope accepting cases, and summarized some characters about it , made a little proposal on it. In the end , the paper tries to define the problem that by extending the scope of accepting cases we can guard the people's right very well.
