How to create and keep high performance is the most realistic and important task that a modern enterprise faces. As an effective tool to fulfill the goals, performance management is the core of the business enterprise human resource management. Almost all of the enterprises and managers pay great attention to performance evaluation. But it is not very clear for the enterprise to precede the performance management. To state-owned enterprise, it is a totally new and important task. This paper starts with the theories of performance management, combined with the concrete practice of SCGL company engineering project department, designs a new performance management system according to the evaluation and analysis on its original system and problems.This paper is composed of four parts. The first part introduces the basic theories of performance management, at the same time, expatiates and studies the meaning, contents, function, and constitution, objective, influence factors of performance management system. The second part analyses and diagnoses the current status of SCGL company engineering project department. Based on the first two parts and related theories, the third part redesign a performance management system according to the practice of SCGL company engineering project department. The fourth part evaluates and summarizes the new performance evaluation system, and on the base of that, looks for the performance management system design experience that can be used for reference by other similar enterprises. |
