The Study Of Corporate Culture Construction In Scientific Organization

The corporate culture has been widely accepted since about 20 years ago. It can not only active the vitality of enterprises, but also bring the economic and social benefits .So the enterprises and the academies pay close attention to it. The corporate culture has been an effective method and spiritual power that can promote management achievements and the growth of economy.With the development of the enterprises, the culture has more influence on the management increasingly. The corporate culture plays a very important part in continuing, healthy and fast development of the enterprises, and has been the core of the enterprises. Excellent corporate culture can make the enterprises form immanent team spirit, can make operator and staffs work for the same goal, and plays a very important part in the fate of the enterprises.In this paper, the writer discusses the system of the science organization corporate culture construction on the basis of analyzing the corporate culture theory. The context contains: the general principle , the objects and contents , the methods of the corporate culture construction.On the basis of the theoretical research, combining with the practice of the Oil Production Technology Research Institute's (OTRI's). The paper introduces the idea design, action design, and visual identification design of the corporate culture construction separately. Finally, according to the practice of OTRI and some achievements have been obtained, preliminary research and discussion to some concrete methods in corporate cultural construction has been carried on. The corporate cultural construction is set in the project the whole planning of the corporate cultural construction that was jointly implemented by OTRI's and Logistics Research Center of Changing University. The corporate culture whole plan that jointly made has already been adopted in OTRI's. And OTRI's has made better application results. According to the situations of OTRI's, the idea system that was used to guide OTRI's corporate cultural construction during a specified period has been already made, having distinct era character and trade character. The requirement of the action design and visual identification design have been also made.
