for many years the problem of increasing farmers' income has been one of the core in rural development. Raising farmers' income will be the crucial matter in the development of Binzhou which faces reality of the increasing rate of the pure income per farmer declining in the recent years , the income gap between farmers and city residents enlarging and the less farmers' income in Binzhou than that in Ludong area. Using the data and regression analysis , the paper gives a general picture of the farmers' income in Binzhou, analyzes the negative effort of the slow increase of farmers' income on the development of rural economy in Binzhou and the factors which influence farmers' income. In the end, on the basis of analysis about the real situation in Binzhou, the paper presents some ideas on how to increase farmers' income in Binzhou.The paper first analyzes the farmers' income increase in Binzhou from the angle of quantity ,including the general condition of income increase and the change of income structure. Then the paper analyzed the farmers' income increase from the angle of quality, including the income gap among the farmers by comparing the Gini coefficients; the income gap between the farmers in 7 counties of Bincheng, Zouping, Boxing, Huimin, Zhanhua, Wudi, Yangxin by comparing their income level and the income structure;the income gap between the rural area and city ;the income difference between Binzhou and other cities including Weihai, Jinan and Heze.The paper analyzes the factors impacying the on-farm income per farmer and out-farm income per farmer by building linear regression model. The on-farm income per farmer in Binzhou is positively relative to the ratio of produce input and output , while it is negatively relative to land resoures per farmer. And the off-farm income per farmer in Binzhou is positively relative to the farmers' education, the rural labor emigration and the Binzhou's development of non-agricultural industry.'In the end, based on the analysis result and the reality in the rural area of Binzhou, the paper gives some suggestion in order to help the farmers increase their income.
