In the 1990s, traditional purchase and logistics had already developed into a broadly-defined purchase and logistics with strategic significance progressively, and have formed the system of the supply chain management. Even to this day, the idea of supply chain management has been rooted in the hearts of the people already, and paid attention to by more and more people, and has got into use in a lot of industries, especially in manufacturing industry. In the system of supply chain management, it is an urgent problem to be solved to set up a scientific, overall system of performance appraisement of supply chain management in order to guarantee that the supply chain can develop healthily and sustainably.Any kind of design of the system of performance appraisement should reflect to the desire and target of organization, management mode, the way of communication and relation, the way of feedback and learning, the way of business programming, etc. Because supply chain management is different from business administration, a traditional system of performance appraisement has been not fit for supply chain management, and a new system of performance appraisement should be set up.How do we form the system of performance appraisement of supply chain management? On the base of the traditional system of performance appraisement, a relatively perfect system and running flow of supply chain management performance appraising would be formed by the way of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, theory analysis and appliance analysis, starting with the basic theories, constructing the system of key performance indicators, analyzing the weighty of indicators, selecting the benchmark and inspiriting in this paper.In the course of forming and analyzing the system of supply chain management performance appraising, a large number of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis model would be combined in this paper. On the base of theory analysis, in order to strengthen the practicability of theory analysis, it will be further annotated by means of combining appliance analysis.The main qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis model adopted in this paper comprise Balance Score Card by means of which the system of performance indicators is confirmed, Quality Function Deployment by means of which key performance indicators are selected, Analytic Hierarchy Process by means of which the weighty of key performance indicators is confirmed, benchmarking by means of which the standard is established, and the multifactor business matrix by means of which the integrated supply chain performance is analyzed.The concept of supply chain management has been introduced into home just for several years, and the study on supply chain performance is at the starting stage too. Through the study on how to form the system of supply chain performance appraising in this paper, some valuable revelation about healthy and sustainable development of domestic supply chain would be hoped to offer.
