Research On The Thought Style Of Enterprise Evolution

Enterprise is a complex and adaptable system like a life-being and it evolves all the time. So it has its own brain and thought style like a life-being. If an enterprise wants to evolve and exist in the changing environment, it has to own outstanding logic thought ability' and image thought ability and on which produce creation thought ability.Above all. we expatiate enterprise's life characters and contrast them with life-being. Among these we emphasize the importance of enterprise's thought axis system and nerve system in the enterprise evolving process, on the base of which we study the co-evolvement of enterprise and its environment and emphasize the importance of interaction of enterprise and its environment.Secondly, we put forward the importance of creation thought from the long-life enterprises' characters. Creation thought begins on the base of the combination of logic thought and image thought, so we study the use of these two basic tliouglits in enterprise decision process. And by these study we prove again that if an enterprise wants to have evolution competence it must exert creation though.Lastly, we use expert system to evaluate the enterprise's logic thought ability, image thought ability and creation thought ability so that it can feel the change of its environment and the existing problems. Our aim is to help the enterprise set up its creation thought ability that benefits its evolution.
