The Study On The Structure Of Corporate Integrity System

Enterprise's integrity question not only becomes one of the focus questions which is paid close attention to at home, and becomes the focus of the social concern of developed country too.In order to Improve integrity level of enterprise, integrity becomes domestic and international economical circles and management great subject that circle face already to rebuild enterprise. Enterprise is an important behavior subject of market economy , so studying enterprise integrity system and form becomes a key element which has important practice and theory meaning. At present, enterprise has already study integrity issue in different field and from different visual angle and makes new progress, but has not still study enterprise's integrity behavior systematically. It has not happened that the main key element of enterprise integrity and relation of key element has not been studied. This text makes enterprise integrity from the scattered and isolation study to a system, then defines, probes into the structure , function and mode of enterprise's integrity system, studies each key element intension and interreaction in the system. Based on enterprise's integrity systematic structure theory at the same time, the paper probes into the management function and management practice from enterprises integrity system structure theory.
