Knowledge Management: Knowledge Sharing Mechanism On General Government Level

Nowadays knowledge management has become the focus of attention, but problems of government knowledge management, especially from the perspective of knowledge-sharing, are still not studied enough. Firstly, based on the synthesizing and deepening on theories of knowledge management inside and outside of China, this research topic summarized one of the most important measures of successful government knowledge management is the knowledge-sharing. Secondly, from organization culture, organization structure, technology, knowledge aspects, this research focus on how to successfully realize governmental organizations' knowledge-sharing, set up a theoretical system of knowledge-sharing which is propitious to diffusion, flowing, shifting, inter-translating of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Thirdly, concrete index of knowledge sharing of government has been labeled and status of Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee's knowledge-sharing have been measured by the qualitative and quantitative analysis. Some macro basic conclusions and policy suggestions have been made for the committee and other government departments. Few people studied government knowledge management from the perspective of knowledge-sharing, so this research can give them an example.
