The main target of Logistics is to achieve the certain customer service level at the lowest total cost. A company with best ability of Logistics management can win the competitive advantage by deliver excellent service for the customer. A company with skillful ability of Logistics management can become an attractive supplier and business partner if his performance of acquirability of the stock, reliability and consistency of delivery.The development of modern Logistics which is the focus of economy study in current years is becoming the sign to scale the integrated competitive ability of a countryor area. Especially in the condition of economy globalization, Logistics is the key element to push the progress of "boundless world" and construct regional international competitive ability, so Logistics get more and more recognition from government and enterprise and more and more resource are organized and consolidated to press the development of modern Logistics. In fact, the really modern Logistics can be developed only on the base of information technique, so the modern Logistics began from several years ago. The research on modem Logistics are still on going. All related information can be got have different limitation.For automobile industry, customer service is not only the support for vehicle sales, brand building and market war, but also the profit source. The key points of logistics management of service parts are integrated logistics, information technique, e-commerce and globalization.Modern logistics management is apart of supply chain. It .control the product flow and product storage service to support the plan implementation and control to satisfy the customer requirement. Modern logistics should be integrated logistics, information technique consolidated and source all over the world.Logistics management is called the third source of profit and caused great attention. There are many new theories, new methods and new technique generated in recent years. The industry of automobile is the China economy hot spot in the coming years. This article makes very important contribution to the theory and practice for auto industry management process improvement, increasing customer satisfaction and building up brand.
