The Research On The Coordination And Finance Of Medium And Small Hi-tech Firms

As we know, Medium & Small Hi-tech Firms (MSHF) is an effective catalyst for the transformation of scientific research achievement and realization of technology innovation but also an important source for the emergent industry formation. It has shown in recent years that in terms of both quantity and quality, MSHF has become an important component and new growth point of national economy.Though Chinese Medium & Small Hi-tech Firms have got rather good developing tendency, there exist many negative factors that stand in the way of MSHF. This paper firstly used SWOT matrix to analyze the present condition of Chinese Medium & Small Hi-tech Firms, pointed out that the low-grade technology innovation ability and the finance obstacle are two big problems.At present cooperation is included in competition, and in order to survive and develop, MSHF must carry on cooperation, both interior and exterior. This paper mainly analyzed dynamic alliance's forming motive and its characteristic, have drawn that dynamic alliance is the suitable choice for Chinese MSHF development. Then this paper analyzed the utilities that dynamic alliance may bring to MSHF, showed that it would improve MSHF's innovation ability, fully make use of the firm's core competence and distract the risks.Selecting the partner is a key factor to the success of the dynamic alliance. The author induced the basic principles that the firms should follow, took these principles as the affecting factors for choosing partners, set up a model to evaluate the candidate members by using the AHP method, and proved its feasibility by giving an example.Subsequently this paper introduced the finance condition of Chinese MSHF, expounded that solving the finance problem should base on MSHF themselves resources to draw up the tactics: one is to attract the venture investors, the other is to carry on some forms of cooperation, including dynamic alliance, thus make a relatively strong finance group and change their inferiority to achieve their finance intention.Finally this paper provided some suggestions and countermeasures both in the firms' and government's angle to set up and perfect MSHF's cooperation innovation mechanism.This paper covers both theoretical analysis and case studies, combining theory with practice. It has drawn that setting up and perfect MSHF's cooperation innovation mechanism, reinforce the dynamic alliance among these firms is a significant means to obtain the competitive superiority, is a new-type and effective competitive strategy.
