Nowadays, with the regulative rhythm of the global industrial structure faster and faster, a new economic form based on knowledge begins to emerge in the process of the world incisive change, that knowledge is regarded as the most important resource more and more. In the meantime, the organization structure of enterprise is being change obviously. As one of some new forms of enterprise, Knowledge-Creating enterprise has aroused people's concern.The system of compensation is an important tool that the authorities manage human resource in organization. If be used properly, it should bring the organization favorable effect on the employee's satisfied, perfect unit human cost and development of organization. So it should pay more respect to effectively encourage the employee by the system of compensation in Knowledge-Creating enterprise. In this paper, both Knowledge-Creating enterprise and the basic theory of compensation are analyzed,and how to decide the system of compensation to Knowledge-Creating employee is researched. All above analyses is studied based on comprehensively use the theory and method of human resource and managerial economic. At last, the present compensation system of the M Newspaper Office is studied, and its disadvantages and reasons are pointed out. In consequence, a feasibility compensation system is tentatively put forward based on analyses of its human resource and the characteristic of Knowledge-Creating employee. Furthermore, the reasons to the current motivational compensation of the stock option couldn't in Newspaper Office be adopted are analyzed.
