| With the rapid development of the information technology and the new economy in recent years, the market competition becomes more and more violent. Who grasps the hearts of customers, the most important factor for success and the resource of profit for companies, who will hold the market. This stimulates a deep revolution in management pattern. Under the background of information age and knowledge economy, CRM---Customer Relationship Management---has been an important part of the modern business administration and the key factor of enhancing core competitiveness.In this dissertation, the author analyzed the CRM in advanced specialized markets home and abroad, and inspected and researched some typical ones in Chengdu. Combining the relevant theories in E-commerce, Marketing and CRM, the author concluded:(1)Due to the rapid development of China's E-commerce in recent years, foreign circulation enterprises' entry into Chinese market and the competition among the specialized markets in Chengdu, the profession markets are facing great challenge. Though having realized the importance of customers, they haven't carried out corresponding informationization construction yet. In order to promote the further development, it is necessary to establish a CRM system in Chengdu professional markets. (2)Take Fusen-Noble House as an example, the author investigated its customer's relationship and marketing management, analyzed the problems in its CRM and gave some suggestions to keep customers' loyalty. To establish an E-commerce system for the professional market;To reengineer the operation flow, combining the function Module of CRM;To analyze the customers by technical methods;To implement one-to-one marketing to the key customer. Based on the above study and analysis, the author put forward to the strategy plan for Chengdu professional market to alter from traditional management pattern to the informationization management pattern which is focusing on how to promote customers' loyalty. This dissertation is expected to be valuable reference for Chengdu's professional market to further upgrade and improve its operation and management. |
