With the swift development of technology and the enhancement of economy globalization trend, as the burgeoning industry in national economy, logistics industry has become a new point of economy growth in our country of this century. China Post is a traditional logistics enterprise. To develop modern logistics business is the request of consolidating China post's living space and opening up longer and broader development space . China Post, in order to offer inexpensive but high-quality logistics services, needs to think how to make full use of its advantages and how to integrate and optimize the three network resources as practicality, information and finance. This thesis mainly explores problems of coordination management inside and outside of Sichuan Post at the course of developing third-party logistics (TPL).First, the thesis briefly introduces the concept evolvement from physical distribution to logistics, the composing elements of logistics, the TPL's generation and development.Second, it analyzes service modes and content of TPL and its development trend in western developed countries, it can bring reference effect to the development of TPL in our country in a way. Then, the generation background, demand and market competition environment of TPL industry in our country are expounded in detail. Based on the analysis of problems in our country's TPL industry, it puts forward measures to speed up the development of TPL. Third, the situation of China Post involved in TPL market, predominance and disparities of Post enterprise in TPL at present are expatiated on. The thesis analyzes the development mode of Guangdong Post Logistics Service Corporation (YCC), its operation mode can be guidance of Sichuan Post to develop logistics business. Last, and the most important, the thesis gives a comprehensive and profound analysis of coordination management inside and outside when Sichuan Post offer TPL services. The analysis starts with the importance of strengthening coordination management. Coordination outside involves customer and contract management, establishing strategic relationship with customer, setting up dispute settlement mechanism and emergency measures to handling accidents, etc. Starting with overall orientation of China Post in logistics, Coordination inside beneficially discusses such aspects as establishing operational system to adapt itself to the demand of market competition, some relationship need to be cleared, coordination among organization and internal.
