Enterprise's business process reengineering (BPR) is an important content of the management innovation of Changjiang hydraulic components Ltd (CJHC) . It is also one of the preconditions that enterprises implement information-based transformation . To choose the correct way of business process reengineering is guarantee of BPR success. How to plan to meet the long need of business process under currently and continuable development of CJHC, to advance the information construction of CJHC, to realize the comprehensive company's management innovates , to promote enterprise key competitive power, these are the main content that this paper studies. For this reason, this paper has proposed the subject of' the enterprise interior market chain-oriented BPR " in order to support the management innovation of the company. This paper reviews the current domestic and international enterprise business development of BPR at first, concludes the experience of success or failure of BRP after studying the domestic and international enterprise's business procedure. On this basis, according to CJHC interior and exterior management environment,it analyses CJHC business process's existing problem and demand, proposes the goal principle and mode of execution of BPR of CJCH.According to overall framework of BPR, the thesis proposes BPR plan facing market chain, according to the market-based principle, the operation way of simulation market between every job interior the company, BPR of enterprises according to the value flow way. On the basis of the studied interior market chain operation, it proposes CJHC market chain account and calculation system, and has planned concrete accounting and calculating of business process. According to accounting and calculating request of interior system, it puts forward overall solution of CJHC BPR.Business process diagnose analysis is the foundation of that BPR, which is also the key to BPR success or failure. General diagnosing and analytical methods and tools have been studied, On the basis of analysing and comparing , it suggests to diagnose currently business process by ABC analytic method , and to diagnose the typical distribution process by this method , analyse its problem and bottleneck. On the basis of analysing , according to the request of interior market chain operation , it has put forward the plan of distribution BPR, distribution BPR implements tactics and security mechanism.Part of this paper' s plan content has been successfully applied to CJHC implementation, The application indicates that the fruit of the this paper can give important guidaance to the CJHC BPR to achive better management benefit.
