| This thesis mainly introduces the logistics of a production enterprise, and conceives the future of the management strategy. There are five chapters in this thesis. Chapter one is summary of domestic and overseas development of the logistics. Firstly, the origin and development of logistics are introduced in Japan and in USA, Secondly, the introduction and development of logistics are made in China, Thirdly, the modern logistics trend is presented. Chapter two introduces the origin, development and composition of logistics, the theory, the cost theory and understanding about inventory, etc. Chapter three introduces the purchase theory, mainly introduces the traditional purchase mode, MRP theory, JIT theory etc., including the origin, development and composition of MRP, the origin of JIT and the difference to MRP. Chapter four introduces the present condition of the purchase and plan in Jinzhu company. Chapter five applies the MRP theory to analyzing the present condition of the company. The current situation of the company's plans and purchase is first analyzed, then the problem is identified. Solution to the problem is proposed, and the effect of the solution is analyzed. Chapter six conceives future way of the company from JIT point. The new problem faced by the enterprise is identified. The logistics situation of Sumitomo company is presented. Finally JIT theory is used to conceive the configuration of organization, the management of manufacture and the logistics, and the effect of JIT, and the feasibility of the configuration of logistics network are analyzed in detail. |
